The only information we collect is what you choose to submit through our estimate request form. That is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The type of service you are asking about
• Your property type (residential or commercial)
• The message you write describing your project or damage

We do not collect anything else. This website has no accounts, no logins and no user profiles, and we do not ask you to create one.

We use the information you submit to respond to your estimate request and to contact you about your project by phone, text or email. We do not use it for anything else.

Form submissions are stored in a private database and are also emailed to our business inbox so we can respond. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect that information, and access is limited to the people who need it to answer your request and carry out the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We may share it with subcontractors or licensed specialists we engage to perform work on your property, and where required by law or legal process. This does not include text messaging opt-in data or consent, which we never share.

If you opt in to receive text messages from B&C Construction, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as replies to your estimate request, appointment and project updates, and, if you separately agree, occasional offers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run tracking pixels, ad conversion tracking or cross-site advertising tools. Your visit is not profiled for marketing purposes.

If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will describe them here and update the date at the top of this page.

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry, carry out any work that follows, and maintain ordinary business and tax records. After that it is deleted or retained only as our records require.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bcconstructioncompany.com and we will respond. If you no longer want to be contacted about your request, tell us and we will stop.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

B&C Construction operates in the State of Texas and serves customers in the United States. Information submitted through this site is processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted here and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
